1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of services and products offered by Super Wash And Services via our website superwash.be. By placing an order or booking a service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other documents referenced herein.

These Terms apply to consumers located in Belgium and the wider European Union (EU) and are designed in accordance with Belgian law and applicable EU legislation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Belgian and EU law to purchase products or services from us.

4. Orders

  • By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected service or product under these Terms.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance by us. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is accepted.
  • If we are unable to provide the service or product, we will inform you and refund any payments made.

5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase, via the payment methods available on our website.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

6. Service delivery and scheduling

  • Services are delivered on the scheduled date and time agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate information necessary for us to deliver the service.
  • If we are prevented from delivering the service due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), we will reschedule at no additional cost.

7. Cancellation and refund policy

We follow a fair cancellation and refund policy in line with EU consumer protection law:

  1. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled service:
    You will receive a refund of 50% of the paid amount.
  2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service:
    No refund will be provided.
  3. Rescheduling:
    You may request to move your booking to another date by contacting us at info@superwash.be. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  4. Statutory withdrawal right (14 days):
    If you purchase a service online as a consumer, EU law normally provides a 14-day withdrawal right. However, this right does not apply to services that are scheduled for a specific date or time of performance (Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). By booking, you acknowledge and agree that the statutory withdrawal right does not apply to your purchase.

8. Consumer rights

Your statutory rights under Belgian and EU law remain unaffected. If we supply faulty goods or fail to deliver services with reasonable skill and care, you are entitled to remedies under applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

  • We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions under EU law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to your purchase. Updated Terms will be published on our website with a revised “Effective Date.”
